Oh, "DEER"

So yesterday we took our camp trailer to Idaho for the winter and had dinner with my family for my Birthday, we had a good time. We went shopping and I bought a dress for Daxton's Blessing (I haven't bought a new dress since graduation). So we were headed home about an hour away we just got Dax to sleep and a stupid deer was in the road it was about 7:30 at night so we couldn't see it until we were almost to it, Ray slammed on his breaks from going 70 mph and.. "Wham!" Too late, there was nothing we could do. We hit the stupid deer!So we turn around to get it off the road and once it was off we decided to scope out the damage.. All I can say is it is a good thing we were in the truck with the cattle guard. Even with it it broke the grill, broke the lights and tore some other things off! I am glad we were wearing our seat belts and that we weren't hurt but gosh!

New Blogger

Ok, So I am new too this whole "Blogging" thing, so forgive me. Ray and I just had a baby September 14, 2009. He is the greatest thing in the whole world! Definately life changing! He has been smiling at us for about 2 weeks now, and is just starting to COO! He will be six weeks old on Monday and I can't believe it! Time flys by so fast! He is such a blessing to us. We love him so much!
